Taylor Sorensen

Founder & Head Coach

With years of experience supporting families through some of life’s toughest challenges, Taylor Sorensen is a trusted coach and consultant dedicated to helping parents and teens navigate the complexities of adolescence. Taylor brings a unique combination of expertise in family dynamics, adolescent psychology, and conflict resolution to every client interaction. Whether your dealing with issues like academic stress, substance use, defiance, or mental health concerns, Taylor creates personalized strategies that empower families to connect, communicate, and work through difficulte situations with confidence and clarity. When working with Taylor, families gain not only a consultant but a partner in their journey toward healing, growth, and stronger family bonds.

    Nathan Hierlihy

    Health & Exercise Coaching

    Nathan is a distinguished athlete and leader whose journey from a high school soccer standout in Redondo Beach to a professional football kicker exemplifies resilience, discipline, and purpose. A former Associated Press All-American and Fred Mitchell Award finalist, Nathan made history at the University of Redlands by attracting NFL interest and later competing at elite levels, including The Spring League, the CFL, and USFL. His standout performance at the 2024 Coach Zauner Free Agent Combine—where he went a perfect 7-for-7 on field goals—reinforced his reputation as one of the most consistent specialists in the game.

    Off the field, Nathan is deeply committed to mentorship and youth leadership. He founded Christian Athletics to support student-athletes through faith and character-building, and he continues to inspire the next generation by encouraging them to pursue their goals with courage, no matter their starting point. Passionate, grounded, and relentlessly driven, Nathan lives by example—proving that with hard work and heart, anything is possible.

    Christopher Webb

    Lifestyle Coaching

    With years of experience teaching swimming and surfing to both kids and adults, Chris has built his life around connecting with people through movement, the ocean, and shared experiences. Chris is a Los Angeles County Lifeguard, and He has seen firsthand how powerful encouragement, patience, and presence can be - especially for those going through difficult times. Chris is honored to be part of a team supporting individuals in need of companionship and recovery. Chris brings compassion, understanding, and a genuine desire to walk beside others on their journey. “Whether we’re talking, laughing, or just being present, I’m here to share life and support with those who need it most”

    Zachary Ruff

    Therapeutic Mentoring

    Zachary is a Los Angeles native who is passionate about lifelong learning. Exploring the human psyche, surfing, and helping clients become the best version of themselves. He earned his Bachelor in Science in Kinesiology and his Master of Science in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Zachary completed clinical internshps at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services and The Beacon House, where he gained valuable experience providing strategic interventions for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. He currently works in private practice and enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Brittany, and their daughter, Summer.
